Are you the guy who called in to say Scream 4 was good and the original Halloween is bad? You sir, are a crazy person.

Sorry... different guy. Still think you're crazy for liking Scream 4. I watched about half of it and was bored out of my mind. I don't remember the older ones doing such a poor job of holding my attention.

Scream 4 was horrible. That Julia Roberts relative was a bad choice. When she was revealed as the you know what, she sounded like an annoying, whiny 8-year-old. Definitely doesn't have a grown person's voice. Boo to her.

Was Scream 4 as self-aware/meta as the others? My recommendation for you is to watch Wes Craven's New Nightmare. Greatest non-Nightmare on Elm Street Nightmare on Elm Street movie ever.

Also, I hope that you both will take this as the complement I mean it to be, I think Dan carries Bob less than Jesse carries Jordan on JJGo!

Dan, I love you, but you should take up smoking. I think it might improve your vocal quality.

Scream 4 was the same kind of self-aware as the other three, but it felt forced.

I saw The Thing(1982) again on Halloween night with a friend who'd never seen it before. That made it a whole different experience. I've grown up with it. I love that movie, but you just don't react the same after seeing it many times. So seeing him jump/cringe at the ribcage maw arm chomp and the blood test was FANTASTIC.

With this same friend three days before, I went to the last night of Ghostbusters on the big screen. Never saw it in the theatres, but I burned up some VHSs when I was younger. We got to see some little kids reaction to the movie. While they didn't get all the jokes, hearing their reactions to the ghosts was great.

Both of these moments made Halloween for me.

Squirt is a grapefruit soda. Please don't confuse the citrus.

I wear boxer briefs. They're the man bra for your hangdown. Keeps everything nice and contained.

It's always best to gargle glass with some hot tea, I like mine with a touch of honey. Sometimes you can mix a little bourbon in with it. I heard Macy Gray had that in her rider for all her performances. That's probably why no one has heard from her in a few years.

Speaking of "The Thing," just going to tell you all to search "John Carpenter's The Thing: The Musical" on Youtube. I was going to post the link but the forum will not allow me to do so.
